OUR HOSTS

Dave Nemo

RadioNemo Official Logo Black No Text.png

Dave grew up loving music. He was drawn to the radio and remembers the first song he ever heard on the air. For the past 55 years, Dave has drawn on his love of music, useless facts, jokes, history and a few gags, coupled with the solemn duty to provide reliable weather and road reports with important news and information every driver should have.  He’s been the voice of trucking radio through more changes than you’d believe – through AM radio (where in one nine-year stretch he worked for eleven different companies), satellite ratio, and now digital streaming. And through all the changes, he’s managed to keep our over the road professional drivers awake, alert and hopefully, alive.

His dad had a ukulele with three strings. Dave learned to play it and that began a lifetime making music. Currently, Dave is the percussionist with Jedeye Mind Trick, a popular six-piece band, playing in and around the New Orleans area. Come see him play sometime.

Jimmy Mac

Jimmy Mac is a native New Orleanian who has visited 49 states and called 4 of them home. Having worked in law enforcement, education, contracting, and the entertainment industry, he is now proud to be a member of the RadioNemo family. Jimmy loves that he gets paid to talk infrastructure, transportation, movies, books, and destinations on Road Gang Radio with people he adores. He would like to thank Boudreaux and Snake Pontchartrain for giving him this opportunity.

Lindsay Lawler

Lindsay Lawler is a singer, songwriter, radio host, and Nashville-based entrepreneur. She spent several years performing in Los Angeles along the Sunset Strip before making her way to Nashville where she was a featured performer at the famous Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge. She founded the Highway Angel Truckstop Tour and performed free concerts for truckers at truck stops across the country. Lindsay has performed multiple years at our nation's capital in DC for the lighting of the Christmas tree, and at Arlington Cemetery for the laying of the wreaths. Last year she released the song "I'm Okay" which People Magazine highlighted in a personal interview with Lindsay, and in addition to countless singles including a duet with 80's star Tiffany.

Lindsay and her husband Seamus, who works in the TV/film industry, live in Nashville with their 4 year old daughter Freya who they adopted from the Marshall Islands.
